Senior Engineer (Civil/Structural/Architectural) responsible for overseeing technical aspects of the construction project to ensure quality, compliance, and efficient execution. Involves coordinating with design teams, supervising site activities, and supporting project management in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP engineers to resolve technical and design issues. Supervise site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards. Assist with construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report issues to management. Support cost control by reviewing materials, workmanship, and variation claims. Mentor junior engineers and site staff. Attend project meetings and provide technical input for project decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
