Responsibilities: Assisting clinic flow and day to day operations Managing patients' appointments Administration duties Attending to patient queries and incoming calls Handling payments and billings Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment Requirements: Good interpersonal and communication skills Good computer literacy Working experience in healthcare / hospitality / sales settings is preferred Team work, organised, multi-tasking, enthusiastic and motivated.
