Security Engineer (Post-Sales / Implementation) About the Company A leading Value-Added Distributor (VAD) of enterprise cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions, with a strong regional presence across APAC and partnerships with top-tier global vendors. The Role Be the technical face of post-sales delivery leading implementation, deployment, and support for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions across local and regional projects. You'll work on-site with customers, ensuring smooth deployments and resolving issues with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead post-sales implementation for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring products Support large-scale local and regional project deployments Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment, and documentation Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal knowledge base and research Provide technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction Participate in 24x7 standby rotation for maintenance support Requirements Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in network support and administration Solid knowledge of networking , routing and switching technologies CCNA or CCSA certification required Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging directly with clients Independent, self-motivated, and willing to work extended hours / standby duty If you're interested please click apply or send your resume to jacqueline@wenetworkasia.com
