Job Description Job Title: Junior Technician Occupation: Technician Job Description: Cleanroom Operations & LogisticsTechnician Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value semiconductor parts. This dual role requires precision operating automated chemical cleaning equipment (Polyflow benches) and diligence in managing inventory controls, tracking external repairs, and maintaining accurate digital records. Key Responsibilities · Cleanroom& Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). · Inventory& Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams. · Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times. · Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records. · Safety& Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Key Requirements · NITEC,Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering,Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field. · 1–3years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environment. · Basic literacy in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. · Demonstrated ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with extreme care. · Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing cleanroom suits (bunny suits).
