Responsibilities: Leads in developing strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the Centre Responsible for managing and enhancing Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations Drives operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy Develops frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, possesses strong communication skills and is highly influential Leads in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision and values, and oversees the well-being of all staff in the Centre Manage manpower resources and centre operations Requirements: Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres preferably in AOP Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills Computer literate Islandwide location, various organisations Please include the following information in your resume.
