About the role: Join us as a Customer Relations Specialist and become the trusted first point of contact for families exploring their child's educational journey. You will engage parents, showcase our programmes through centre tours, build lasting relationships, and drive enrolment success while delivering a warm and personalised customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels, build strong relationships with parents, and promote the centre's curriculum, programmes, and unique value proposition. Conduct engaging centre tours, address parents' enquiries and concerns, provide timely follow-ups, and drive conversion of leads into visits and enrolments. Deliver a personalised customer experience throughout the parent journey, serving as the key point of contact while fostering long-term relationships that support retention and referrals. Represent the centre professionally and achieve enrolment targets through effective lead management, accurate tracking of enquiries and follow-ups, and continuous improvement of conversion performance. Drive enrolment growth by managing the full parent journey from enquiry to enrolment, maintaining accurate lead tracking and follow-ups, and continuously improving conversion performance to achieve enrolment objectives. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Customer-focused, sales-driven, and results-oriented, with strong presentation skills and confidence in engaging prospective parents. Well-organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple enquiries and follow-ups in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or education-related roles will be advantageous. Professional, well-presented, and willing to work weekends when required to support centre visits and enrolment activities. Comprehensive training on the centre's curriculum, programmes, and product knowledge will be provided. Location: West and North. Please include the following information in your resume.
