Inventory Officer (Jurong East)

Highlights Location: Jurong East Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Salary: $2,900 to $3,500 (commensurate with experience) Benefit: AWS + FlexiBenefits + Sign-on Bonus Our client is looking for an Inventory Officer to manage daily inventory control and warehouse operations. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing inventory activities, and serving as the main SAP user for inventory-related processes . Key Responsibilities: Manage daily inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy. Perform cycle counts and stock checks to achieve inventory KPI targets. Manage stock movement, disposal activities, and product shelf life control through proper stock rotation. Handle inventory-related issues and act as the point of contact for escalations. Support new projects and warehouse improvement initiatives. Assist in developing SOPs according to ISO and AS9120 quality standards. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support operational requirements. Ensure requests and inquiries are followed up promptly. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, LEAN, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements : Min GCE ‘O’ Level Min 1 – 2 years of working experience in inventory, warehouse or logistics operations Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Experience using SAP or WMS systems is an advantage Good communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good organisational skills Able to commit to overtime when required.
