We are hiring Service Crew who will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Service Crew, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations — you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked. (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies). Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses. Inform customers about the specials of the day. Offer menu recommendations upon request. Up-sell additional products when appropriate. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization. Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. Greeting guests with genuine warmth and process bills accurately. Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating floor plan. Provide excellent customer service to guests. Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods. Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with both FOH & BOH team members. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
