Office Manager & Executive Assistant About the Company A rapidly growing technology company backed by leading private equity investors. They are looking for a highly organised, proactive and resourceful Office Manager & Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of our Singapore office. This is a high-impact role that combines executive support, office operations and HR coordination. Working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure the business runs smoothly while helping build an engaging and high-performing workplace. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, owning day-to-day office operations, supporting people initiatives, and helping create the infrastructure required for a fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Provide proactive administrative and executive support to senior executives Track action items and ensure timely follow-up Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Office Management Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office Maintain office facilities, equipment, supplies and vendor relationships Drive continuous improvement of office and administrative processes Take ownership of ad hoc operational projects that support business growth HR & People Operations Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate employment documentation and maintain employee records Assist with recruitment scheduling and candidate coordination Partner with leadership to foster a positive employee experience and company culture Administration & Operations Support finance with invoice processing and expense administration Drive continuous improvement of office and administrative processes Take ownership of ad hoc operational projects that support business growth What We're Looking For 10 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistant, Office Administration or People Operations Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives Experience within a fast-growing technology company, startup or PE-backed business is highly preferred Exposure to HR administration and employee lifecycle processes Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS and collaboration tools is advantageous Success in this Role You will thrive if you are someone who: Anticipates needs before they arise Takes ownership without waiting for direction Is highly organised and detail-oriented Enjoys building structure in a fast-changing environment Is equally comfortable supporting executives and engaging with employees across the organisation Brings positive energy and a service-oriented mindset
