Assistant Restaurant Manager Located in the heart of Singapore, Willow is a Michelin-starred Asian fine dining restaurant celebrated for its modern interpretation of Asian cuisine. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our General Manager in leading the front-of-house team. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing a high-performing team. What You'll Do Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, inspire, and develop the front-of-house team to consistently deliver Michelin-level hospitality. Champion an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs, handling feedback professionally, and resolving service challenges with confidence and care. Drive operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance development of the service team. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and flawless service execution. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control of restaurant operational supplies and beverages. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency. Assist the General Manager in achieving business objectives through effective labour planning, cost control, and operational performance. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or upscale restaurant environment. A passion for hospitality, keen attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Experience using SevenRooms and managing reservations. Experience planning and executing small-scale events of up to 15 guests. Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or other languages is an advantage. Pre-opening restaurant experience is an added advantage.
