Dfma Site Coordinator - Prefab MEP

Job Overview: Coordinate and oversee site operations for DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring the efficient execution of design, production, and installation processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations on-site. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Operations Management Coordinate site operations for Prefab MEP projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and standards. Supervise the progress of fabrication, assembly, and installation activities on-site. Ensure timely delivery of prefabricated components for on-site assembly. 🔹 Site Supervision & Quality Control Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Monitor work practices and resolve issues to maintain high standards of work. Collaborate with QAQC teams to ensure proper documentation and certification for on-site activities. 🔹 Team Coordination & Communication Coordinate activities across different teams (design, production, installation). Serve as the point of contact between site teams and project managers. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any operational challenges. 🔹 Resource & Logistics Management Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, equipment, labor) to keep operations on track. Oversee logistics for delivery, handling, and storage of prefabricated components. Qualifications & Experience: ✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields. ✔ BCSS certification. ✔ 1-3 years of experience in coordinating site operations, preferably in MEP or Prefab MEP projects. ✔ Knowledge of DfMA processes and practices. ✔ Familiarity with BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) is a plus. Skills: ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills. ✅ Ability to manage on-site operations and resources effectively. ✅ Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. ✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ✅ Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
