About School: Wise Oaks International School delivers quality education for Grades 1-A/As Levels, including a Bridging Course for younger students. Job Summary Lead and deliver physical education and sports coaching for primary and secondary students while managing school operations including transport and marketing activities to support student development and school growth. Responsibilities Develop and deliver effective physical education lesson plans tailored to primary and secondary students to enhance their health, fitness, and safety knowledge Lead and teach at least one additional subject for primary and secondary students to support school curriculum needs Plan and implement PE programs that improve students’ understanding of physical exercise and health principles Coach badminton, basketball, and soccer teams independently without external support to develop student athletic skills Assess, observe, record, and report on students’ physical development including motor skills and coordination, and communicate progress during parents’ meetings Procure and maintain appropriate sports equipment to ensure safe and effective PE lessons Organize and conduct after-school clubs as assigned to enrich student extracurricular engagement Coordinate school-wide extra-curricular activities to promote student participation and school spirit Participate actively in school events as assigned to support community building Manage transport vendor relationships and collaborate to develop efficient transport routes for student safety and convenience Oversee school marketing activities in partnership with marketing vendors, including creating content for social media campaigns to enhance school visibility Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science Expert-level coaching skills in badminton, basketball, and soccer Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in physical education and sports coaching Experience managing transport services for an international school Preferred competencies and qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues Strong motivational skills to inspire student participation and achievement Patience and extensive knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and exercise principles
