Marketing Executive

Job Summary: You will be a driving force behind how Wiz.ai shows up in the market — across our content, our events, and the way we use AI to amplify our voice. You will take real ownership from day one, working alongside our leadership to turn strategic vision into a consistent, authoritative market presence — the "Voice of Wiz.ai." This role offers hands-on experience across the full marketing stack with opportunities for broader strategic ownership. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a cohesive content ecosystem across website, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, ensuring every product and solution page includes technical deep-dives, demos, and case studies that drive seamless narratives from click to conversion Develop thought leadership content including opinion pieces and frameworks on "human-like voice" and enterprise AI adoption, collaborating with leadership to establish a recognizable market voice Design and execute high-touch executive workshops and roundtables for C-suite and transformation leaders aimed at driving pipeline growth Manage event execution end-to-end, including budgeting, planning, flawless on-site and virtual delivery, and timely lead handover to Sales Create AI-powered marketing workflows that convert leadership’s raw ideas and voice notes into ready-to-post drafts and outlines, maintaining the Wiz.ai voice while reducing manual effort Implement automated intelligence systems delivering daily briefings on key metrics, social mentions, and competitor activities to enable leadership’s rapid data-driven decision-making Demonstrate outcome orientation by linking marketing activities to measurable results such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and brand authority Exhibit self-driven initiative by proactively identifying work opportunities and overcoming constraints without supervision Quickly learn and apply new tools and platforms ahead of mainstream adoption to enhance marketing effectiveness Required competencies and certifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce publication-quality content. Strong AI fluency demonstrated by hands-on experience with modern AI tools for content creation, design, and automation. Preferred competencies and qualifications: Portfolio showcasing relevant content, marketing, or creative work. Experience with website management and SEO. Proven experience in planning and executing events. Experience building automation workflows.
