Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description & Requirements Reporting to Senior Business Development Manager. Achieve or exceed target set for sales revenue, gross profit margin & account receivable. Evaluate customer research/demand/satisfaction, market conditions, competitor data, pricing strategies & implementation of sales & marketing plan. Establish unique value proposition of company’s products & services. Develop & nurture strong relationships & networks with top-tier customers & suppliers. Negotiate contracts with customers & suppliers to establish long-term commitment and partnership. Participate in the forecasting of company yearly sales budgeting process. Requirements Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant. Minimum of 2~3 years of Sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or equivalent. Minimum of 4~5 years can be consider for a senior position. Good knowledge of EMS electronic market & competitors will be an added advantage. Good understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, IPC-610 will be an added advantage.
