Supply Chain Engineer

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager (SCM) / Director. Bill of Material (BOM) costing consolidation within a specific time period. Propose alternate electronic component manufacturer part (MPN) on BOM. Managing & building up BOM database – in Excel format and SAP system. Maintenance of SAP system’s data Integrity & accuracy. Negotiations, timely escalations, and coordination with Suppliers on cost & lead time. Monitoring & coordinating of electronics components and materials logistic movements. Stocktaking, re-packing and labelling of received electronics components & materials. Return Material Authorisation & quality rejects liaison with suppliers. Maintenance of office’s material holding/inventory storage area. Responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant. Preferably of 1~2 years of sales or customer service or supply chain experience in EMS/CM sectors. Good knowledge of EMS electronic market & competitors will be an added advantage. Familiar with SAP will be an added advantage
