About this role

JD – IT Support Engineer (End-User Computing) The IT Support Engineer (EUC) is responsible for providing end‑user IT support across the Singapore office and project sites. This role focuses on desktop support, device lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and site IT coordination , ensuring reliable and secure IT services for business operations. The role requires hands‑on support and the ability to work independently at construction and office environments. Job Responsibilities End User Support & Service Desk Provide Level 1 & Level 2 onsite and remote IT support for users (office & project sites). Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printing and Microsoft 365 issues. Respond to IT incidents and service requests via ticketing system , ensuring SLA adherence. Support meeting room AV, video conferencing and interactive panels when required. Device & Asset Management Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers , and peripherals. Perform IT onboarding and offboarding activities (account setup, device issuance, access removal). Manage IT asset inventory, tagging, transfers, and returns via BPM / asset systems. Coordinate device repair, replacement, and warranty claims with vendors. User Account & Systems Support Support Active Directory / Azure AD , email accounts, and Microsoft 365 applications. Assist with basic access provisioning and password resets following IT security policies. Support endpoint security tools, patching, and compliance requirements as guided by HQ IT. Site IT Coordination Act as IT point‑of‑contact for assigned project sites. Coordinate IT setup for new sites (network readiness, devices, printers, connectivity). Liaise with site admins, project managers, vendors, and HQ IT for issue resolution. Conduct periodic site visits for IT health checks and user support. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate IT documentation, user guides and asset records. Follow IT security, PDPA, and acceptable use policies. Escalate recurring issues, security concerns, or infrastructure risks to IT Manager. Job Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT end-user support or desktop support in large scale environment, preferably in construction settings. Good knowledge and experience in managing IT asset and procurement workflows. Possess positive service-oriented attitude, problem-solving mindset and interpersonal communication skills. Effective team player and comfortable to travel to different worksites when required.
