Senior Site Foreman (Architectural)

The Senior Site Foreman (Architectural) is responsible for assisting the Site Superintendant in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site architectural works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers. Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing. Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks. Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues. Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule. Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements. Adherence to safety practices in the work place. Value Add of Position Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department. Ability to make fast decisions. Qualifications and Education Requirements Experience: 6 years of Building and/or Civil Engineering experience Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details Completed at least 1 building project
