The studio focuses on high-quality movement education, client progression, and long-term wellness engagement. Key Responsibilities • Conduct safe, engaging, and high-energy Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates classes • Deliver both group and private Pilates sessions with strong technical precision and smooth class flow • Guide clients in improving posture, flexibility, core stability, and body awareness • Provide suitable progressions and regressions for multi-level participants • Build strong client relationships to support retention and community growth • Maintain professionalism and energy while handling multiple classes daily • Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and smooth daily operations • Contribute positively to studio culture and overall client experience Requirements • Minimum 2 years of active Pilates teaching experience • Certified in Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates (STOTT, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent) • Strong communication and cueing ability in English • Energetic, confident, and client-focused personality • Strong understanding of movement anatomy and body mechanics • Able to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment • Candidates with sports science, dance, rehabilitation, or fitness backgrounds are advantageous • Existing client base or strong client retention track record is highly preferred Working Schedule • Rostered according to studio schedule • Estimated 5 to 6 days work week • Weekends and public holidays may be required based on roster Benefits ✨ Beautiful and modern studio environment ✨ Supportive and energetic team culture ✨ Professional development opportunities ✨ Career progression within a growing wellness brand ✨ High earning potential Interested applicants may apply with updated resume.
