About this role
Company Overview Our client is a well-established F&B group in Singapore with multiple outlets and a central kitchen. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (QA) to support maintenance coordination, procurement processes, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and preventive maintenance for outlets and Central Kitchen Maintain proper records of service contracts, equipment, and maintenance documentation Generate and track maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and liaise with finance on payments and related matters Coordinate and arrange dispatch of QA supplies to outlets Support documentation, filing, and administrative tasks related to QA and operations Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any discipline Preferably with some relevant administrative or coordination experience Good communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team Strong follow-up and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Additional Information Experience in coordinating maintenance, procurement, or operations support will be an advantage Exposure to F&B or multi-outlet environments is a plus Training will be provided where necessary Working Location 📍 Kaki Bukit (Central Kitchen / Office environment) We are committed to fair and merit-based hiring.
