Perform stir-frying, steaming, braising, deep-frying, and sauce preparation. Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control. Prepare ingredients and maintain an organised workstation. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Assist in stock rotation, inventory control, and reducing food wastage. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. ✅ Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Chinese restaurant or similar kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and wok handling. Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate . Familiar with food safety and kitchen hygiene practices. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to work weekends and public holidays.
