We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Wellness Consultant & Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients achieve their health goals, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. Job Summary As a Wellness Consultant & Therapist, you will guide clients through their wellness journey by conducting consultations, recommending suitable treatment programmes, performing selected machine-based treatments, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in generating sales while delivering exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Sales Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' concerns and wellness goals. Perform body composition and wellness assessments. Recommend suitable treatment programmes and packages based on individual needs. Follow up with enquiries, trial customers and existing clients. Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Treatment Delivery Perform machine-based wellness and body contouring treatments after completing in-house training. Ensure treatments are delivered safely, professionally and according to company protocols. Monitor clients' progress and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes. Customer Experience Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client's journey. Address client questions and concerns professionally. Create a welcoming, caring and premium experience for every client. Encourage long-term client retention through excellent service. Operations Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols. Assist with administrative duties related to appointments and client records when required. Requirements Experience in sales, aesthetics, wellness, physiotherapy, fitness, healthcare or beauty industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing. Confident in consultative selling with excellent customer relationship skills. Self-motivated, positive and target-oriented. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Willing to undergo training on our treatment protocols and equipment. Weekend availability is preferred.
