About this role

Deliver responsive and professional customer service to parents, guardians, and school officials to support smooth transportation operations Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels Maintain comprehensive knowledge of transportation operations and services to accurately address customer inquiries and concerns Prepare and present regular reports analyzing customer service performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities Respond clearly and accurately to inquiries regarding bus routes, schedules, and related transportation information Collaborate with operations and school officials to coordinate timely and safe student transportation, ensuring adherence to schedules Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support service quality and accountability Work closely with the operations team to optimize route planning and scheduling for efficiency and reliability Assist in following up on Accounts Receivables to support financial processes Adapt to additional assignments from management to support evolving business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the transportation industry or school environment (local or international schools) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to prepare reports and manage communications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload Ability to commute between school and office locations during working hours as required Flexibility to report to work at 0700hrs Work location : Woodleigh Collaborative team player mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams
