You will be a strategic advisor, leading on organizational design, talent planning, and complex employee matters. This is a high-impact, regional role focused on scaling teams, guiding change, enabling performance, and evolving HR processes to support our scale. In this role, you will also be responsible to: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies to business objectives and helping leaders scale teams effectively. Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development. Provide senior-level guidance on organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness. Provide Employee Relations support, offering thought partnership and guidance throughout the performance management process. Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement strategies tailored to local context. Guide leaders and teams through periods of change, including business transformation and growth-related evolution. Leverage people analytics (Data-Informed Decisions) to support decision-making and identify trends. Collaborate strongly across People Ops, Employment Legal, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless HR delivery, optimize processes, and balance risk. Embrace an AI and Automation mindset to streamline processes. Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills 8+ years of HR experience, with 4+ years HR partnership experience at a senior, strategic level. Strong experience partnering within Global, APAC and GTM-facing roles. Experience in tech/high-growth/scale-up environments is required. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience working across multiple APAC markets. Experience managing complex employee relations and a strong understanding of local and regional compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as part of your regular daily work flow Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Proven ability to balance proactive, strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust. Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
