Shift Leads (Supervisory Level) – Manufacturing, QA & Warehouse ($3.5–4K+++ Bonuses | MNC| East) $3,500–4,000+++ Bonuses MNC –Leading US-Based Technology Manufacturer ~16 working days permonth (e.g. 4 working days per week) 12-HourShift East –Tampines About the Company Our client, a global technology manufacturing partner, is seeking highly capable Shift Leads to manage floor operations, enforce quality standards, and oversee logistics during designated shifts. Available Roles: ManufacturingLead: Supervise a team of assembly operators, ensure daily production targets are met, manage floor-level bottlenecks to maintain workflow. Quality Control (QC) Lead: Oversee the QA inspectors, enforce strict compliance & quality metrics, manage the final sign-off for assembled tech hardware. Warehouse(WHS) Lead: Direct warehouse operators, oversee daily inventory cycle counts, ensure seamless logistics coordination between the warehouse & the production floor. Mandatory Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Shift Work is Required: Must be comfortable overseeing 12-hour shifts Timings: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM) and Night Shift (8:00 PM to 8:30 AM) Rotation: Shifts are rotated on a monthly basis Schedule: Average of 16 working days per month (e.g. 4 working days per week) Breaks: 1.5 hours of break time per day Rest Day: Sundays are fixed rest days Requirements: Proven supervisory or team lead experience within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment. Strong communication skills to manage diverse teams and report to management. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues efficiently under pressure.
