About this role

We're a growing Singapore maid agency looking to expand our team of Client Relations Managers to help employers find their ideal domestic helper. Own your own schedule, build your own client relationships, and get paid directly for the results you bring. This is a freelance, commission-only role built for someone who wants full ownership of their time and income — no office required, no fixed hours. If you're still interested, we will do everything we can to support your growth to succeed in our growing company. Where You'll Work 100% remote by default — no commute, no fixed desk, work from wherever you're most productive. If you'd rather work from an office sometimes, that's available too. It's genuinely your choice. What You'll Do Own the client relationship end to end — from first enquiry to signed placement. You talk to the family, understand what they need, recommend the right helper, and see it through. Guide employers through shortlisting and interviews, by call or video. Follow up consistently until the placement is closed — not just until the lead goes quiet. Build relationships that last past the placement, so clients come back and refer others. What We're Looking For Good spoken and written English, with a warm, client-friendly communication style — comfortable building trust over WhatsApp, a call, or video, not just reading from a script. A second local language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or others) is a strong plus — the more languages you speak, the more families we can serve. Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline without close supervision. Genuine interest in sales, customer service, or relationship-building — and a willingness to learn. Some corporate or client-facing experience is preferred, for a good sense of professionalism — but prior maid agency or sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We're building a team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. You Might Be the Right Fit If… You want ownership, not a script. You manage your own client relationships from start to finish, in your own way, and take pride in creating a great experience for the families you work with. You're comfortable being paid for outcomes. Full commission means no ceiling — what you earn directly reflects the relationships you build and the placements you close. You want flexibility more than structure. No fixed hours, no clock-in. If you can manage yourself and get results, you'll thrive here. You're okay with some calls not converting. Not every lead becomes a placement, and that's normal in this business. We'd rather talk it through together and improve than treat a miss as a failure. You Might Be the Wrong Fit If… You want a guaranteed monthly paycheck. This is commission-only — if that feels too uncertain right now, this probably isn't the right time for this role. You want someone managing your day for you. Nobody's telling you which calls to make when. If you need that structure to stay on track, this role may be hard to settle into. You want a big team environment. We're small and mostly remote — if you're looking for a bustling office and daily in-person energy, that's not really what this is. Culture No micromanagement, but never on your own. Reach out whenever you need help, and we check in with each other regularly too — to see if anyone needs a hand or has a lead to pass on. Collaboration over competition. We don't poach each other's clients. As much as possible, we want everyone to win and grow in their own career, not compete over the same leads. No office politics. Whether you work remote or from our office, it's just you, your clients, and the work — no gossip, no cliques. Bi-weekly catch-ins. A relaxed check-in every two weeks, virtual or in-person, your choice — how it's going, what's blocking you, what we can do to make things better. Nothing formal, just focused on growth. Respect goes both ways — and every way. A helper, an employer, and a teammate all deserve the same courtesy and professionalism from you — this isn't a business where anyone gets treated as "just" a candidate or "just" a client. What We Offer Training and mentorship — you don't need experience, just the right attitude. You'll learn how to speak with clients, helpers, and perform the necessary steps to bring in a helper to start. Uncapped commission — no ceiling on what you can earn per placement ($500 per placement). Full control over your schedule and how you work. To Apply Please send us your resume. P…
