Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Managing the entire of progress movement from preliminary site to final inspections. Ensure entire projects is on time completion with required quality standards Managing and assigning daily tasks for site operations and conduct meeting with multi trades on site as the clients, architects, engineer, RTO, sub-con & workforce. Monitoring expenditures, and minimizing building material waste. Ordering materials, hardware & tools, renting equipment/machinery. Prepare project reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities to secure necessary submission and approval. All on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated. Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise. · Verify construction details, defects, and variations againstplans before construction or payment processing. · Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance on site
