Responsibilities Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events to ensure smooth, timely execution Engage and entertain children through interactive games and activities to enhance their experience Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently to maintain smooth operations Perform cleaning and tidying of party rooms and attraction zones to uphold hygiene standards Follow company guidelines and procedures consistently to ensure safety and quality Support management with ad-hoc tasks to assist daily operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Friendly and energetic personality to create a welcoming atmosphere Enjoy working with children and facilitating their fun and safety Experience in hosting kids’ parties or events to manage activities confidently Basic knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines to assist guests effectively Ability to handle basic cashiering duties to support transactions Basic skills in Microsoft applications for routine administrative tasks Team player who collaborates well with others Availability to work weekends and shifts based on event schedules and daily operations Other Information Benefits: Employee discount Staff meal provided
