Job Summary Join Amazonia’s indoor playground café as a Barista / Service Crew member to prepare beverages and light food, deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support a safe, enjoyable space for families. Responsibilities Prepare coffee, beverages, and simple food items accurately to meet customer expectations Take customer orders and process payments efficiently using the café’s system Greet and assist customers warmly to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café and playground to ensure a safe environment Support the setup and service of parties, events, and daily café operations Monitor the environment to help create a safe and enjoyable space for children and families Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude to engage customers effectively Communicate clearly with customers and team members to provide good service Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required Prior experience in café, food and beverage, or customer service roles is advantageous Other Information Benefits Staff meals provided Employee discount Training provided
