Wph - AI Digital Product Specialist

Responsibilities Learn and build basic knowledge of AI products and digital solutions, including their functionality and customer value. Engage with customers to gather requirements and understand their business needs. Support AI product demos and presentations for clients and internal teams. Provide basic product and technical support by answering product questions or escalating issues to the appropriate team. Monitor AI market trends and competitor products through research and reporting. Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of AI products. Prepare and update training materials for internal teams and customers. Create and maintain AI product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and feature descriptions. Identify and report product issues or improvement opportunities to ensure a smooth customer experience. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gain exposure to AI product development, sales, and support processes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or in digital media, Communications or any relevant discipline preferred Keen interest and passion in digital technology, data and IT; a self-motivated team players Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain poise, confidence, and professional disposition under high-pressure situations Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process Preferably at least 3-5 years of relevant sales and/or technology experience.
