Shipyard Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise daily piping fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities Coordinate manpower deployment for pipe fitters, welders, helpers, and subcontractors Monitor piping installation works according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with safety procedures Coordinate with production, QA/QC, client representatives, and other departments regarding work progress Ensure piping works are completed according to schedule and quality standards Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material status updates Monitor productivity and resolve site issues related to piping activities Ensure compliance with permit systems, confined space requirements, and shipyard safety regulations Requirements: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in piping supervision within marine / shipyard / offshore industry Experience in piping fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, and commissioning activities Ability to interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and specifications Experience supervising pipe fitters, welders, and construction teams Knowledge of ship repair, shipbuilding, or offshore projects preferred Good communication and coordination skills Singapore class 3 driving license will be an advantage
