Assistant Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (PLUMBING & SANITARY) Job Descriptions Lead full spectrum of Project Management including but not limited to Overall Engineering Design, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning. Design Development relating to Plumbing, and Sanitary. Predict resources needed to complete project. Budget and Cost Control. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Order and manage materials and equipment. Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, and Subcontractors. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites. Any other business-related matters assigned by the Management/Head office. Job Requirements Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field. BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction. Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred. Strong leadership, management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
