Job Description Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Coordinate interviews and prepare employment documentation. Maintain employee records and update HR information systems. Process contract renewals, confirmations, and staff movements. Administer internship and temporary staff programmes. Coordinate staff training and learning records. Process employee benefits and allowances. Support overseas travel administration. Respond to HR enquiries via phone, email, and shared mailboxes. Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date. Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of HR administration experience . Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act is preferred. Experience with Workday is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
