Ippt Trainer

Responsibilities: • Conduct Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) fitness training sessions for students. • Conduct training sessions of 60–80 minutes for up to 40 participants per session (2 trainers per session). • Assist with participant registration, in-processing and out-processing. • Conduct safety briefings before each session. • Set up and manage 2.4km run, push-up and sit-up stations. • Ensure participants comply with safety procedures throughout the training. Requirements: • Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification. • Must possess a NITEC in Fitness Training, or a Sport Singapore Fitness Instructor course certificate, or an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer certificate, or a National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) Personal Trainer certificate or equivalent. • Experience conducting IPPT or fitness training programmes is preferred. • Physically fit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
