Senior Creative Designer

We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team! 🎨 We're looking for a passionate and experienced creative who loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns. If you enjoy solving creative challenges, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with a talented team, we'd love to meet you. What you'll be doing: Conceptualise and develop creative campaigns from idea to execution. Design compelling visuals across print, digital, social media, and interactive platforms. Lead the creative direction of assigned projects while working closely with the Creative Director and wider team. Produce high-quality marketing collateral, social media content, branding, and campaign assets. Prepare artwork for production and ensure quality across all deliverables. Work collaboratively with our Singapore and remote creative teams to deliver projects on time. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, strategic ideas. Oversee and maintain design consistency across multiple brands and campaigns. Motion graphics, animation, video editing, or experience supporting photo and video shoots will be a strong advantage. We're looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, advertising, or design agency environment. Has a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design execution. Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma is a bonus. Has excellent conceptual and visual communication skills. Can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Is proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of their work. Has strong time management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pays close attention to detail and maintains high creative standards. Has a positive, "Let's Do This!" attitude and a genuine passion for great design.
