About the role The Operations Executive at Wyse Active Hub is responsible for the daily floor management, vendor coordination, and seamless facility operations of our world-class venue at Perennial Business City. This role is a hybrid of venue operations (80%) and end-to-end event and programme execution (20%). You will ensure that our 32 BWF-standard air-conditioned courts run flawlessly while taking complete ownership of corporate bookings, academies, and tournament management once sales have been finalized. This is a 1-year contract position with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role, subject to performance and business requirements. What you'll be doing Venue & Daily Facility Operations (80%) Facility & Asset Management : Monitor conditions across all courts, oversee safety compliance, and coordinate directly with maintenance vendors. Booking Optimization & Support : Supervise court allocations, manage user schedules via our backend engines, resolve booking conflicts, and handle frontline customer inquiries. Front-of-House Excellence : Maintain premium facility presentation and smooth customer check-ins during peak hours. Basic Technical Backup (Good-to-Have) : Provide light backend platform support and basic IT/AV troubleshooting. Tournament & Programme Management (20%) End-to-End Tournament Management : Take complete operational ownership of major regional and national events. This spans pre-event layout planning, official schedules, and total floor execution. Post-Sales Programme Coordination : Serve as the primary operations in charge once corporate or group bookings are handed over by Sales team. Programme Activation: Coordinate court blockings, tracking, and operational setups for internal academies, clinics, and community initiatives like the National Day Carnival. What we’re looking for Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in sports facility administration, venue operations, hospitality, events, or customer service. Tournament & Operational Planning : Strong capability to manage overall tournament timelines, floor operations, and scheduling coordination. Problem-Solving : Strong interpersonal skills to resolve peak-hour scheduling changes, user disputes, or live tournament adjustments. Flexibility : Ability to work evening and weekend shifts to support peak sporting hours, also extended work hours during tournament periods. Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable bridging physical venue floor needs with digital scheduling tools.
