About this role

About the role We are looking for a driven Enterprise Partnerships Manager to spearhead corporate deal-making across our portfolio of accredited training programmes. You will own the full business development cycle — from identifying high-value prospects to signing enterprise agreements — with a focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies that can benefit from our IBF-accredited curriculum. What you'll do Prospect & pipeline management — Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leads across banking, fintech, insurance, and capital markets. IBF & regulatory leverage — Articulate the value of IBF accreditation and funding pathways (e.g. STS) to HR, L&D, and compliance decision-makers. End-to-end deal closing — Lead discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to bring enterprise training contracts to signature. Relationship building — Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with C-suite, HR leaders, and L&D heads within corporate accounts. Revenue growth — Meet and exceed quarterly B2B revenue targets across higher education, corporate training, and vocational segments. Market intelligence — Track workforce development trends, MAS/IBF directives, and competitor positioning to sharpen outreach strategies. What we're looking for 5–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in training, edtech, or financial services Familiarity with the IBF Standards Framework and Singapore's financial training ecosystem Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong network within Singapore's BFSI sector — existing relationships with HR, L&D, or compliance functions is a plus Excellent communication and consultative selling skills — comfortable presenting to senior executives Self-starter mindset — able to independently drive outreach, manage a CRM, and report on pipeline health What's in it for you Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure tie…
