Site Engineer

Responsibilities Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve site issues promptly and maintain continuous workflow Report project progress and updates clearly to the project manager to support informed decision-making Monitor and control structural work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards Plan and manage site operations to optimize resource utilization and maintain schedule adherence Support project objectives by performing additional duties as assigned by superiors Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Proficient in English to communicate effectively with associates Demonstrated teamwork skills through collaboration with diverse teams to solve problems Experience working with main contractors; landed project experience is an advantage Ability to use AUTOCAD software
