Business Development Specialist

As an established flooring and interior materials company, we work closely with Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers and Homeowners across Singapore. If you're passionate about building long-term partnerships instead of simply chasing sales, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Build and develop relationships with Interior Design firms and business partners. Grow and manage your own portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Visit partners, understand their needs, and recommend suitable flooring and interior material solutions. Follow up on enquiries and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with our Marketing, Indoor Sales and Operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Represent XINGFLOORS at partner meetings, networking sessions and industry events. What We're Looking For ✔ Experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management is preferred. ✔ Experience in the renovation, interior design, construction or building materials industry is an advantage. ✔ Candidates without industry experience are welcome to apply if you're willing to learn and grow. ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ✔ Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently. ✔ Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage. ✔ Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers) What We Offer Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (First year) Petrol & transport reimbursement for work-related travel Company phone provided Birthday Leave Structured onboarding and product training Dedicated support from Marketing and Operations Clear career progression to Senior Business Development Executive and Business Development Manager Your First Month You'll undergo structured onboarding to understand our products, customers and sales process.
