Accounts Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and fast-paced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are currently studying accounting or are recent graduates looking to launch their careers. No prior working experience is required; we are fully prepared to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with timely payment runs. Data Entry: Input financial transactions and maintain accurate records in the accounting system with speed and precision. Reconciliations: Assist with reconciling supplier statements and identifying discrepancies. Administrative Support: Maintain physical and digital financial files, handle basic inquiries from vendors, and support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks. Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: None required. Full training will be provided. Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work fast, manage volume, and hit deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with MS Excel, and strong attention to detail.
