Job Description Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking,referrals, industry events, digital prospecting, and market intelligence. Develop and execute a structured sales plan to build and maintain aqualified sales pipeline sufficient to achieve monthly and annual salestargets. Generate new RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities from targetedindustries including Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Electronics,Automotive, and E-commerce. Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand operationalrequirements, pain points, and supply chain challenges. Qualify opportunities based on commercial viability, operational fit,and strategic alignment. Prepare and present compelling logistics solutions, warehouse proposals,pricing models, and value propositions tailored to customer requirements. Lead commercial negotiations and successfully convert opportunities intoprofitable long-term contracts. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, warehouse sitevisits, and solution discussions to understand the customer requirements. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for revenue, gross profit, andnew customer acquisition. Update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system withcustomer information, sales activities, opportunities, and follow-upactions. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines to maximizeprofitability. Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Transportteams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new customers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirementstranslate into operationally feasible and cost-effective logistics solutions. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractualrequirements, and ethical business practices. Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in ContractLogistics, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Warehousing, Ecommerce fulfilment orSupply Chain Solutions Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving salestargets. Experience preparing tenders, RFQs, and logistics solution proposals. Knowledge of Singapore's logistics industry, warehousing operations, andtransportation services. Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills. Ability to develop logistics solutions based on customer requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRMsystems. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Language Requirement Proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate, present solutions, negotiate commercia terms, and provide day-to-day support to Japanese-speaking customers and business partners.
