Service Engineer

Job Description: Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machine tool equipment and controls on-site. Offering technical support and assistance to customers. Conducting preventive maintenance and providing after-sales technical support. Cultivating strong customer relationships. Collaborating with the spare parts coordinator to identify necessary parts for customers and ensure their timely delivery. Handling service proposal and quote requests. Generating service reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of repair information. Adhering to all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Training and mentoring others as needed. Undertaking other tasks as delegated by the company. Requirement: Possession of a diploma or degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electronic, or mechatronics engineering. 3-5 years of experience in field service, involving electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools. Preferential experience CNC control systems like Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Holding a valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
