Key Responsibilities Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently Ensure correct items, quantities, and variants are selected Pack items securely according to company standards Print and attach shipping labels correctly Prepare orders for daily courier collection Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing area Perform basic stock replenishment Support general store operations during lower order volume periods Minimum Requirements Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level Able to understand and communicate in basic English Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage Physically fit and able to perform packing tasks Familiarity with Shopee/Shopee Mall/Lazada platforms is a plus Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
