Job Summary Oversee daily shop operations and lead a team of therapists to deliver high-quality wellness services. Manage customer service, inventory, and health and safety compliance to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth customer flow to optimize service delivery Hire, train, and supervise therapists to maintain team performance and adherence to quality and service standards Resolve customer complaints and implement feedback-driven improvements to sustain high customer satisfaction Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to maintain adequate resources Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by training staff on sanitation protocols and overseeing equipment maintenance Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the wellness and related hospitality industry to effectively manage service delivery and team dynamics Ability to motivate and lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards Strong attention to detail to uphold cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards Passion for wellness and self-care to foster a positive and engaging environment Friendly and cheerful personality to enhance customer interactions and team morale Availability to work on weekends and Public Holidays to support business needs
