General Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's business strategies and operational plans. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Lead and supervise department managers and employees to achieve business objectives. Develop and improve internal policies, operational procedures, and management systems. Monitor business performance and prepare management reports for the Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to support business development and project execution. Evaluate business risks and implement appropriate risk management measures. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business management, operations management, or related fields. Candidates with project management experience will have an advantage. Strong knowledge of business management, corporate planning, and operational management. Experience in developing business strategies and supporting business growth. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Good financial management and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
