Job Summary Lead and modernize the people function by enhancing HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Partner with management to build a scalable HR strategy supporting business growth and culture in a growing SME environment. Responsibilities Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and align with organizational goals Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent for a growing SME Manage performance appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth Collaborate with management to build a scalable people strategy aligned with company expansion plans Recommend and develop the future HR team structure to support organizational growth and evolving needs Lead hands-on HR operations to establish a strong foundation for the company’s people function
