We deliver professional gold and silver trading solutions to banks, bullion dealers, refiners, and jewelry manufacturers. Job Summary Manage accounting, payroll, HR administration, and office operations to support efficient business functions and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions and record journal and month-end accounting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintain comprehensive and accurate accounting records for audit readiness and compliance Prepare and submit GST (F5) filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines Administer HR functions including tracking leave records and attendance to support workforce management Prepare and process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A forms, Employment Pass applications, and government claims to ensure timely and compliant employee compensation Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office maintenance, insurance renewals, and service contract oversight to maintain smooth operations Coordinate with company secretary, external auditors, government agencies, and service providers to facilitate compliance and reporting requirements Handle directors’ personal administrative matters with discretion and accuracy Provide administrative support and execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support organizational needs
