Assistant Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings and co-ordinate with various stakeholders, regulatory bodies, subcontractors ad all related parties to ensure the efficient and smooth implementation/completion of projects. Ensures completeness of documentation ie call changes to specifications/work scopes/drawings/etc are accurately documented. Assist in resolving challenges that may arise during project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Ensure compliance of safety regulations in accordance to industry standards. Efficient management of resources and materials. Manage manpower and overtime costs. Adhoc duties as assigned. Salary will commensurate with experience.
