Senior Safety Coordinator

Workplace Safety Management Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of Safety & Health Management Systems (SHMS) on-site Implement and uphold project and corporate SHMS protocols Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace and process-related risks Propose and enforce safe work procedures Enhance workplace safety performance through strategic measures Ensure adherence to Company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and standards Ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements under MOM and NEA Contribute actively to the corporate EHS Committee Conduct in-house safety training sessions Develop and execute EHS plans, trainings, meetings, and promotional activities Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify and address hazards and risks promptly Enforce EHS / OSH regulations at the workplace Investigate, manage, report, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on accidents or EHS non-compliance incidents Undertake additional duties as assigned by superiors Technical Understanding Proficient in the Workplace Safety & Health Act and other regulatory requirements Ability to provide practical safety solutions Other Responsibilities (Organization) Internal Operations Report any site non-conformance to the immediate supervisor Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure robust Health and Safety protocols on-site Uphold and adhere to standard policies and procedures Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred Must possess WSHO license and familiarity with safety audits Minimum 5 years experiences preferred Excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude
