1. Tender & Proposal Management (The Growth Engine) Actively monitor government and industry tender portals (e.g., GeBIZ, BCA) to identify and alert the sales team to lucrative new business ities. Coordinate the end-to-end compilation of comprehensive tender submissions, seamlessly collating technical drawings, compliance forms, and essential documentation. Assist in crafting compelling client presentations, high-impact proposals, and polished company profiles. Prepare and issue accurate pricing quotations based on company guidelines, diligently tracking their status and following up to maximize conversion. Draft, review, and manage contracts, letters of award, and service agreements, ensuring all necessary approvals and signatures are secured. Maintain structured, foolproof digital filing systems to track contract milestones, renewals, and ongoing compliance obligations. Maintain and archive clean, up-to-date tenderand quotation logs for audit and tracking purposes. Empower the sales team by managing schedules, handling professional correspondence, organizing meetings, and streamlining client onboarding documentation. Serve as the professional, welcoming first point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries, payments, and project handovers.
