Key Responsibilities: Apply well-developed knowledge of facade defects, buildingenvelope performance, and rectification methods to provide technicalcredibility in client engagements. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers,architects, and suppliers. Identify new business opportunities within the constructionindustry, smart infrastructure. Present and promote products/services to prospective clientsthrough meetings, presentations, and site visits. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximizeprofitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with project manager and technical teams totranslate client requirements into practical, tech-enabled solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updatesfor management. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networkingopportunities to expand market presence.
